The Bronx is Reading understands the sensitivity of such matters and will endeavor to investigate and respond to all reports in a timely matter while maintaining the confidentiality of the reporter to the fullest extent possible.

Anyone participating in such behavior (including festival goers, festival committee, staff, volunteers, panelists, and vendors) will be subject to disciplinary action by the Bronx is Reading , which may include: a warning, removal from festival grounds (in-person and/or virtual), banning from future events and opportunities, and in extreme cases, notifying local law enforcement.
